Kelsey Van Horn
President

Kelsey has been a member of AAF since 2015 and has served on the board since 2019.
She is a 7+ year freelancer, specializing in WordPress website design – including a focus on usability, organic SEO, copywriting, strategy, and personalized design that actually converts. She primarily works with female entrepreneurs in the health and wellness space. Alongside web design, she also provides brand strategy, logo design, full brand kits, packaging design, and digital marketing design.
In her free time, Kelsey will be found rock climbing or hiking in the great outdoors!
Dan Kimbrough

Dan Kimbrough is an educator and content creator who has worked in diversity education and DEI for the better part of 25 years. He has a strong passion for not only understanding cultural differences but also working to help people use these differences to grow together.
Dan runs Park Multimedia, a content creation, and media services company, that helps to tell their stories authentically. When not behind the camera, Dan serves on many boards in NEPA working on giving a voice to the voiceless and making sure all of NEPA has a seat and voice at the table.
Dan also produces a podcast, Systemic, which explores issues and topics around Systemic Racism in America.
Chelsey Coslett

Chelsey has been part of the AAF NEPA Board of Directors since 2018 and has served in the roles of VP of Marketing, VP and President.
Chelsey is the Manager of Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement at the Northeastern Pennsylvania Industrial Resource Center (NEPIRC) responsible for overseeing the organization’s marketing department and its initiatives, which include marketing strategy, marketing communication, public relations, brand awareness and positioning, mission advocacy and awareness and event planning – all of which work together to successfully connect and engage with NEPIRC’s stakeholders.
Chelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication, with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in advertising from Flagler College, located in St. Augustine, FL.
Autumn Bohner

After growing up in a tiny town in central Pennsylvania, Autumn moved to NEPA after graduating from Marywood University. She followed her passion for design, telling stories and spending endless hours on Instagram to Posture Interactive, where she currently works as the Marketing Coordinator.
When she’s not busy creating Facebook ads, she’s scrolling through Facebook (kidding!) playing with cats, collecting Squishmallows and attending pickle festivals.
Taryn Talacka

Taryn is a Northeastern PA native who attended Misericordia University where she earned her BA in Communications. After graduating, she worked for 5+ years as a television news producer in York, PA and Baltimore, MD before moving back to NEPA to work in marketing. She’s now the Communication Specialist for Archer Education, a company that helps higher education institutions recruit and retain students. When she’s not working, you can find her snuggled up on her couch with a book and her three rescued furbabies, or volunteering at the SPCA of Luzerne County.
Ray Parricelli

Raymond Parricelli, best known as Ray, is a multifaceted professional with a passion for design and community engagement. For the past year, he has been a graphic designer and store manager for Center City Print, wherein he has honed his skills in creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials that drive sales and engage customers. Ray is a proud graduate of Wilkes University, where he earned a B.A. in Digital Design + Media Art with a cognate minor in Game and Emergent Technology.
In addition to his professional pursuits, he is an avid gamer with a deep appreciation for the art and storytelling that goes into video games. He also participates in community events and initiatives, often volunteering time to support local causes and organizations.
Throughout his career, Ray has demonstrated a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Whether he is designing a new logo or organizing a charity event, Ray’s creativity and passion shine through everything he does.
Wayne Middleton
Vice President of Marketing

Wayne Middleton is a Media and Marketing professional from Scranton, PA. Throughout his career, Wayne worked in media agencies in New York City. Wayne chose to focus his career on branded content and entertainment while working for Procter & Gamble’s media agency Hearts & Science.
In 2018, Wayne chose to take his expertise to YouTube, where he helped launch Google’s in-house branded content team, YouTube BrandConnect. In 2022, Wayne left YouTube to be closer to family in Scranton. Wayne’s professional passion is in brand building and strategy.
Personally, Wayne likes to play music, and spend time with his family, his wife and his dogs.
Bethany Staples

Bethany Staples is the CEO and owner of Market Share Consulting in Olyphant, PA. She strategically develops strong and effective marketing and advertising plans for her clients to help them identify and take their Market Share. From initial visits to over decade-long relationships, Bethany’s clients consider her not just an integral part of their marketing team but a friend. Bethany is a University of Scranton Graduate that has been Marketing in the NEPA area and worldwide for over 13 years.
When Bethany is not busy consulting or strategizing you can find her spending time traveling with her husband and daughters, flying her drone, or getting her hands dirty in her next DIY home improvement project.
Bob Sanchuk

Bob is a photographer and illustrator with two decades of experience. He has developed a unique style of imagery that combines elements of both his fine art background, as well as his finding the ideal ways to highlight his photography clients Bob’s ability to capture the essence of a moment or subject has earned him the respect of both his peers and clients, as well as earning multiple formal awards and recognitions. He is known for creating vibrant, eye-catching visual stories. Bob continues to push himself, learning new techniques and expanding his creative boundaries with each photography, videography and illustration project he digs into.
Loriah Webby

Loriah started her creative career over 14 years ago as a graphic designer in the newspaper advertising industry which soon molded into a designer for a national dental distributor in their award-winning in-house creative department. There, she also led the award-winning lifestyle magazine Incisal Edge as Design Director and soon became the Creative Supervisor for the entire team. She is currently part of Inspired Studio telling their clients’ stories in a strategically visual way. From marketing, to design, to branding, to copy, it all has to fit together. Color is her creative passion. She believes color is the driving force that heightens all the senses, evokes emotion, and brings life to the stories of people, products and companies.
Loriah currently resides in Wapwallopen with her husband, twin six-year-old son and daughter and two-year-old son along with her furbaby.
FUN FACT: She fully believes in bigfoot.
