ANNOUNCES 2015 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Have a Beer in the Backyard With Them at This Year’s Annual Summer Mixer
Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, PA -The American Advertising Federation Northeast PA (AAF NEPA), invites you to join them as they welcome their new and returning board members at this year’s annual summer mixer: Beer in the Backyard.
AAF NEPA’s board members are pillars in the advertising industry of Northeast PA. They are area professionals dedicated to the organization’s mission – promoting greater effectiveness in the use of advertising and fostering higher standards of practice in advertising and public communication. NEPA’s local chapter is affiliated with The American Advertising Federation (AAF), the nation’s oldest national advertising trade association, representing more than 40,000 advertising professionals and 6,500 students in nearly 200 local chapters across the country. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., AAF acts as the “Unifying Voice for Advertising,” and is the only association representing all facets of the advertising industry.
Christa Vinciguerra of Vinciguerra Creative, will serve her second and final term year as president; Jamie Hannigan, JVW, Inc., remains first vice president; and Kathryn Bondi, Net Driven, was re-elected as the Federation’s VP of membership. Peter Steve, Ideaworks, shall serve as VP marketing; Ashley Pinto, Fox56, shall serve as VP of events; Donna Hansbury, Ideaworks, shall serve as VP of finance; Dani Dilarso, JVW, Inc., shall serve as VP Secretary; Samantha Runco, First Class Gymnastics, shall serve as VP of education; Chris Cosgrove, Otreva, shall serve as the club’s Web Director; and Jordan Semar, Ebay Enterprises, shall serve as the club’s Social Media Director.
Returning directors include: Joey Zarcone, Posture Interactive; Bill Corcoran, Jr., Corcoran Printing; Tim Moran, WNEP-TV; and John Popko, Times Shamrock Communications. The AAF membership also elected 3 new directors-at-large: Lindsay Barrasse, Voyager Video; Steven Brower, Marywood University; and Denise Davis Schmitt, Comcast Spotlight.
AAF NEPA’s annual mixer to welcome these professionals will be held this Thursday July 16th, from 6p – 8p at the Backyard Ale House, Downtown Scranton. Unlimited domestic drafts and apps are included with event ticket with 1/2 Price Craft Beer Drafts till 8p, Craft Beer Tasting courtesy of LT Verrastro, and chances for guests to win raffle prizes.
