Kathryn is currently a designer at Posture Interactive, a full-service advertising agency that focuses on website development and interactive design. A Bethlehem, PA native, she graduated summa cum laude from Marywood University with a BFA in Graphic Design in 2010 and has taught in the design department as an adjunct since 2013. She has also held design roles in the newspaper print industry, as well as designing for web applications and eventually taking on the Creative Director role at local tech start-up company Net Driven. Kathryn currently also serves on the board of directors for the recently formed NEPA Design Collective (NDC). She has spoken on design topics at multiple conferences, including TEDx Scranton, NEPA BlogCon, and the TecBridge Entrepreneurial Institute. She has also been involved in many local events such as Arts on the Square, First Friday Scranton shows, and performances at the Diva Theater. Pastimes include craft beer, cheese-making, digital doodling, and hanging with her dog and cat (Mars and Ares, respectively.)

Chelsey Tupper has over 10 years’ experience in the marketing communication industry. She has worked in both corporate and small business settings, which has given her the opportunity to manage a wide variety of clients. Chelsey serves as the director of operations and client development for Ideaworks Marketing, located in Wyoming. She is responsible for agency scheduling to ensure a smooth workflow and that deadlines are met ahead of schedule; project estimating; account and project management; business development efforts; and client relations.
Chelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication, with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in advertising from Flagler College, located in St. Augustine, FL. She currently resides lives in Shavertown.

Alyssa Ellsworth produdly serves as senior manager of marketing communication at Ideaworks Marketing in Wyoming. In her role, Alyssa specializes in content development, proofreading and editing, social media management, project management and research. Before joining the Ideaworks team, she was employed as a web content editor and long-term substitute English teacher, and she holds her Pennsylvania Instructional I teaching certificate in English/Language Arts. Alyssa graduated summa cum laude from Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English and her secondary education certificate. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband, Alex, and their two-year-old kitty Tito, her family and friends.

Donna Hansbury is President of Ideaworks Marketing, a strategic marketing and brand development agency which was founded in 1998. Prior to joining Ideaworks, Donna culminated an 18-year career in the printing industry serving as President of Unigraphic Color Corporation, a commercial printing company. Donna holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University. She also holds memberships in numerous professional organizations including the American Marketing Association and the American Advertising Federation.

Anna is currently the Digital Strategist at Lavelle Strategy Group, a full service marketing and advertising firm in Scranton. Working with clients in a variety of categories, she has learned the importance of truly understanding our market. Anna wears many hats at Lavelle Strategy, but her favorite is assisting with video productions and social media management. Born and raised in NEPA, Anna graduated from the University of Scranton in 2018 with her BS in marketing. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, attending community events, and trying new restaurants.

ENX2 Marketing CEO Nicole Farber has consulted with some of the top law firms in the world and has met with a variety of business owners — from small businesses to Fortune 500 CEOs. Nicole is a highly sought-after speaker in the legal industry and has presented to some of the most prestigious law firms in the country and has spoken on behalf of Google at the world’s largest Small Business Expo in Philadelphia. She was recently an invited speaker at the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) Convention in New Orleans; an event touted as the largest gathering of plaintiffs’ employment lawyers.
For years, her peers have recognized Nicole for her talents. She was nominated for the 2017 North American EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ program. Nicole was named as Corporate Vision Magazine’s “Most Influential Female CEO of the Year in Digital Marketing,” as part of the 2018 Corporate Excellence Awards and was named one of the 30 Best Leaders to Watch in 2019 by The Silicon Review. In 2018, she was the official U.S. representative at the Chambers and Partners Editors’ Reception event in Rome.
A single mother who dotes on her only child, Nikolus, Nicole’s favorite pastime is watching her son play sports. She also loves “her team,” traveling, spending time with friends and family, listening to music, hiking, and her signature drink “The Nicole.”

Erin Calpin is the Marketing Manager for Pocono Manor Resort & Spa. She is a graduate from Susquehanna University with a BAF in Graphic Design and a minor in Cultural Anthropology. In college and immediately after, Erin worked for Gallagher & Gallagher Inc. as a designer, photographer and event coordinator. Then on to positions in design and marketing at Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts (aka The Land of Love) and Split Rock Resort, where she found she loved EVERYTHING about the marketing world. Creating and telling an incredible story through marketing is what drives her every day. Working in design and marketing isn’t a job for Erin, it’s a way of life that she loves!

Lisa Reynolds is a graphic designer, art director and educator. She has spent nearly 20 years working in the Northeast Pennsylvania market, specializing mainly in design for education and development. She is an Assistant Professor of Digital Design and Media Art at Wilkes University with a research concentration in Experiential Graphic Design. She also maintains an active freelance practice, working primarily in publishing. Lisa lives in West Pittston with her husband Luke and son Jackson.
Social Media Director
Entrepreneur, brand developer and social media specialist, Ryan Hertel had launched three businesses by the time he reached the age of 23. Having been the co-owner of an entertainment booking/marketing management company for three and a half years, Ryan decided to simplify things and focus on another passion of his, DJing and producing music. But now, the 24-year-old is the owner/operator of a creative media company, Socialocca that emerged organically through self-taught skills and interests. Ryan is also the creative director of a social media growth service, Tree Frog, which he launched in 2017 alongside his business partner. Ryan travels back and forth between his companies and clients in New York City, Philadelphia and Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania.
Ms. Longo is responsible for the management of the Chamber and its affiliates’ brands in the Greater Scranton community, including helping to generate positive media coverage for the chamber and its affiliates, helping to grow the Chamber’s online presence and helping to strategize, deploy and manage all facets of communications for the Chamber and its affiliates. She is also responsible for maintaining the Chamber’s social media presence, compiling and sending out the Chamber’s twice-weekly Eblasts and editing Momentum, the Chamber’s monthly news magazine.
Ms. Longo holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian and French from the University of Scranton, a Master of Arts degree in American History from the University of Scranton and a Master of Arts in Journalism from Regent University, as well as Women in Leadership certification from Cornell University. She is also the author of “The Italians of Northeastern Pennsylvania” and “Dunmore,” as well as “The Italians of Lackawanna County,” all published by Arcadia Publishing. An award-winning journalist, she previously served as the editor of the Abington Suburban and Villager newspapers and was a correspondent for Go Lackawanna.

Joey is a graphic designer at Posture Interactive. a Scranton based agency rooted in technology. Prior to joining the team at Posture, Joey spent a number of years focusing on his own design business, Joey Graphics. Outside of designing, Joey has a passion for teaching and is a rostered artist with the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and adjunct faculty at Marywood University. He holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Marywood University and a certificate in web design from the University of Scranton.
John is an award-winning writer/producer/director with years of experience working for national clients in New York City and throughout Pennsylvania. He’s an executive producer of the Netflix feature film, The Polka King (starring Jack Black, Jason Schwartzman and Jenny Slate), based on his documentary The Man Who Would Be Polka King.
John began his career after NYU film school as a screenwriter and development director for Palisades Pictures in NYC. From there, he joined Palisades’ parent advertising agency, the Gramercy Group (now Publicis Dialog). As a copywriter and video production coordinator, he won awards for his work on national accounts like Eli Lilly, Popular Mechanics, Michelin and Barnes & Noble.com.
Over the past several years, he served as copy director and multimedia producer for a number of Northeastern Pennsylvania advertising agencies. His print, radio and TV work has garnered numerous regional and national awards, including ADDYs, Caples and more.
In 2016, John joined VIA SG, a division of WVIA Public Media as a Digital Content Producer/Director for corporate work as well as short and feature documentaries.
John received his Master of Fine Arts degree from New York University’s Institute of Film and Television and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame in Communication and Theatre.
Denise is no stranger to Advertising, having spent over 20 years in the cable industry and currently employed by Comcast Spotlight (Advertising Sales) for 15 years. Prior to sales, Denise worked as a Production Manager for both Adelphia Communications and Cox Media.
Passionate about the goals and needs of her clients, Denise helps them achieve success with audience‑focused ad solutions based on viewer geography and demographics, delivering messages across every screen, helping advertisers attain valuable reach with minimal waste.
She possess the qualities of being a leader within her company, bestowed various sales achievements and is a two-time recipient of Comcast Spotlight’s prestigious Presidents Club Award. Denise received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast/Cable from The Pennsylvania State University.
In her spare time, Denise enjoys music, yoga, gardening and photography, and is passionate about art and all its possibilities.
Jordan joined the Scranton Wilkes-Barre RailRiders front office in 2018 as a Corporate Sales Executive. He helps local businesses and national brands to creatively partner and advertise with the SWB RailRiders through either ballpark signage, engaging in-game promotions, community initiatives, or product activations. Prior to working for the SWB RailRiders, he was employed by the Atlanta Braves organization and also spent time working in Paris, France.
Jordan is a native of Hackettstown, New Jersey. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2015 with a degree in Economics and minor in Entrepreneurship. He resides in Scranton.

A native of Woodbridge, NJ, Jack has had the good fortune of working with some of the most reputable organizations in the region – and around the country – for the past decade. From local non-profit groups to global service leaders, Jack has used his own experiences as business owner and marketer to help clients find the right solution for their business needs. He holds graduate and under-graduate degrees from Marywood University and has two children, his daughter Lilly age 6 and his son Quin age 2.
Barry Strauss is Executive VP of Business Development at Scranton Printing Co. As a local printer, he has worked with many people involved with the AAF and believes it as a greay way to give back to the city he works in while also meeting other professionals.
Jonathan is obsessed with filmmaking and a workaholic who produces several hundred videos and dozens of short films each year, from start to finish. He started Contention Media to bring extremely high quality photography and videography at an affordable price to Northeast Pennsylvania! His work has been on TV and featured on the news. Jonathan has won awards and has millions of views online. He has quickly gained a reputation for producing the absolute best aerial videos in Northeast Pennsylvania.
